Having grown up in a windswept clifftop village on the Isle of Wight, Joseph is a seasoned forager, filmmaker and devoted outdoor enthusiast — committed to helping others forge a deeper, more attentive connection to the natural landscape by discovering and celebrating the wild food that surrounds them.

Through his company Fieldstudy‍ ‍he leads foraging and food events in the UK, as well as teaching fermentation and preservation techniques.
